THE ENGINE VALUE PROPOSITION

GoTek Energy’s® DynaKinetic™ engine technology is unique from both the age old traditional technologies as well the newer disclosed ones being worked on.

In the internal combustion engine arena, piston and Wankel engines have been around for decades to a century with little change to the fundamental base mechanical engine concept.  Most improvements have come from bolt-on subsystems and electronic controls.

Some newer internal combustion engine technologies have simply repackaged the piston engine in an opposed piston mechanization which is also a very old expired patent. These suffer from very large reciprocating masses.  Despite their potential for a low center of mass, their non-standard packaging envelop imparts difficulties on OEM’s who want to make few changes to their vehicles to accommodate mounting them and to not sacrifice steering turning radius.

More radically different internal combustion engine technologies in development have faced sealing challenges that have prevented their productionization or have cam follower or ratcheting coupling mechanisms that have limited their application range.  While some of these newer internal combustion engine technologies have truly made improvements versus the tried and proven piston engine technology, most have done so in a limited targeted area.

The unique value proposition that GoTek Energy’s® DynaKinetic™ technology offers is that it has targeted making improvements in not just a few but rather in virtually every major area of customer importance.  Here is where we are incrementally relative to improvement when comparing our equivalent displacement 4 chamber DynaKinetic™ engine to a traditional 4 cylinder piston engine (if we were equal to the piston engine there would be no blue bar going to the right):

Elevated efficiency 15
Reduced size & mass 71
Increased durability via less moving parts 76
Increased durability via reduced RPM 50
Heightened acceleration & de-acceleration response 72
Improved performance via increased torque 60
Simplified serviceability 80
